Owner and Pitmaster Rob J infuses a sense of tradition and pride into each meal he cooks.  Born and raised in Alabama, Rob is a Tuskegee grad and full-time Engineering Project Manager with a passion for problem-solving, efficient design and barbeque!  With the help of his family, Rob hopes to bring a little taste of home to Northeast Ohio so you can "put a little South in your mouth."
